Absolute Alignment

Aligns the right pane instantly to the exact same position as the left. Best for documents with identical layout and content.

Offset Alignment (Default / Recommended for misaligned text)

Maintains the current offset. When Doc 1 scrolls 100px, Doc 2 moves 100px. Best for comparing different chapters or documents of different lengths.
