GLM model online version
After registering and logging in, the web version offers many free features. You can freely use GLM 4.6, GLM 4.5, and GLM 4.5V.
At present it appears completely free.
In programming performance, it certainly lags significantly behind Claude and is not as strong as GPT-5.
How is GLM 4.6?
From my experience, GLM 4.6 is better than Qwen Coder and Qwen Coder 3 Plus.
On the open-source Gantt chart project, GLM’s output was better than Qwen Coder’s.
Its coding speed is quite fast; when “thinking mode” is enabled, the developed results are better than without thinking.
GLM’s frontend capabilities seem stronger than its backend ones.
Major companies all provide online AI coding features, which are very convenient for developers and actually useful for office and content workers.
For the same task, I can let Qwen, GLM, MiniMax, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Gemini all try; I adopt whichever AI performs best.
Since they are web-based, you can use them by opening the URL in the browser. Many features are free.
More AI tool content — multiple online/web versions of AI coding tools are currently free to use:
